From what I can gather, the checkRequestFinished helper method requires the specific Lifecycle States of "Complete" and Cancelled" to generate accurate and appropriate returns. If someone can confirm that this is the case it would be greatly appreciated.
As a sidebar -The "OOTB" (or at least what I thought were OOTB) Lifecycles and Workflows that were loaded (by VAR) at implementation does not use "Complete" in Change Request Object, rather "Resolved". It seems like a bit of a disconnect to have a process helper that needs certain Lifecycle State(s), butfor the specifically needed Stateto be absent in the OOTB Lifecycle
