Dear PTC Team,
We are currently testing the new Q release in the Test Flex PLM system, and have noticed an inconsistency in the display of model numbers. Specifically, in the card layout, model numbers appear with a comma in the middle, while they display without a comma elsewhere in Flex. This inconsistency is impacting the user experience, creates confusion and loads of manual workload.
We understand that this issue may not be part of the planned fixes at this time. However, we would like to emphasize that resolving this discrepancy is important to ensure a seamless and consistent user interface across the system. We kindly request that this matter be prioritized for a fix, as it is becoming a significant problem for the different groups of users: N/Os, vendors and the business.
