As Stored View Against a Promotion Request

Version: Windchill 11.1

Use Case: We used to be able to do an As Stored view against a Promotion Request to show all items at once, but now we have to go into each drawing individually to review that there are no issues with latest iterations.

Description:

We used to be able to do an 'As Stored' view against a Promotion Request to show all items at once, but now we have to go into each drawing individually to review that there are no issues with latest iterations, as no option appears for us to do this at the Promotion Request level anymore. This can be very time consuming, does anybody know anything about this? I believe it changed for us a couple of years ago, but we haven't changed the version of Windchill or anything I can think of that might have caused it.

PDF attached to show the before and after.

I'm not WGM expert , more on the windchill functional side , you may double check preferences at  https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS31641

Did anything about your system change, version change or process change? Is this isolated to just certain CAD documents? As-stored baselines are created upon check in of the CAD objects so unless they are not being created (preference changes or user selection), they should be there. As to why its not showing up in those image. Two things come to mind. If you select two drawings at the same time to add to workspace, that option should go away as there would be two as-stored baselines and the could be in conflict. Perhaps, no as-stored baseline exists. See my previous point. You should be able to test this easily with a search result and add to workspace. Select some drawings at random and see if that option appears. Look at older drawings were you remember seeing it and some newer ones. Perhaps you can see when the changed occurred.
