Auto Prefix for Name Attribute in OIR

I am trying to setup a prefix for name field based on another field value
(Site - A,B,C,D) using OIRs. I tried many different configurations and
couldn't make it work.


User enters
Name: Test
Site : B

OIR should update Name attribute to
B - Test

I am wondering if anyone has done such OIR configuration to add a
prefix to Name attribute. Any info would be helpful.
