AutoNumbering for Parts in Windchill

Hi All,

How do we prevent manual override of auto generated part numbers across the entire SITE Level even when the OIR's are written to enable it to the containers BELOW the SITE level. Can you please let me know regarding the same.

add final=true in site level OIR. see below link
