Automatic Mass Replace of WTParts in Product Structure

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 13.0 and Datecode with CPS 13.0.2.4

Following Situation: a customer intents to utilize structuring BOM Text elements (Type: EPM Document->Dynamic Document->Note->BOM Text) to add text positions into the product structure. BOM Texts shall be added to the product structure utilizing standard WTParts with the "Gathering Part"-Attribute enabled and a dedicated Part Number “00000000” to clearly identify the text objects in the product structure.
Question: are there means in Windchill 13.0.2.4 to automatically bulk-manipulate a product structure and replace a certain range of WTPart numbers with the above described Structuring BOM Text element WTPart 00000000? Thank you!

Hi Charles,
If by "SIM" Service Information Manager is meant, then I have to admit, that I have no idea of the capabilities of this feature.

In case it solves my problem, I'd be happy.

The idea still is to have something in place which automatically changes all occurences of a WTPart 12345678 contained in the product structure into a WTPart 00000000, that again carries a certain BOM Text element (depending on the WTPart Number 12345678).
