BOMs Going Off

Pro/E WF3 M110 / Pro/I 3.4 M040

We're experiencing sporadic reliability issues with the content of BOM
reports extracted from Commonspace via either of these command sequences:

> Report; > BOM; > Structure;

and

> Report; > BOM; > Graph;

Although > Report; > BOM; > Report; has been working as expected ...

Most evident is that quantity numbers for components at lower dependency
levels don't match what we expect them to be based on the CAD BOM compiled
directly from Pro/E. The variance may be subtle (e.g. three units
reported instead of two) or it may be immediately recognizable (e.g. one
hundred units reported instead of ten).

Our preference is to continue using the "structure" genre of report in
Pro/I because of the indenturing that it offers however the danger in
using inaccurate data is too risky.

I'm trolling for someone to network with who may have already been down
this path ...

Thanks in advance.
