Basic Attribute Question

All I would like to do is to add to the pre-set Drop Down menu items in
the Change Request Type, Category Attribute. Is there any way to do
this?

Need to add to the RB (resource bundle) via enumcustomize. Similar to adding a new state or role to the system.

It's a bit buried in the 1450 page customization guide but pretty straight forward.
