Bitraceable link between action item and meeting object
1. Describe your environment: What is your industry? What is your role in your organization? Describe your stakeholders.
Aerospace. PDLM Manager.
2. What version of Windchill are you currently running?
11.1
3. Describe the problem you are trying to solve. Please include detailed documentation such as screenshots, images or video.
The problem is that I can't get to the meeting object from the action item for those action items created within the meeting.
From the meeting object, I can see the action items, but not vice versa.
During an audit of open action items, it would be helpful to get to the meeting object from the action item page.
When I create an action item from a document object, there is a bitraceable link setup and I can see the document object in the Subjects table. This is useful! But I can't see meeting objects when AIs are created from the meeting.
4. What is the use case for your organization?
To help auditing and getting answers to my questions.
5. What business value would your suggestion represent for your organization?
We will have a cleaner Windchill, less open action items, and work will get closed out without getting forgotten if I can perform the audit quicker.
