Any ideas?

I am trying to setup two replication servers and am down to mounting and cannot. Software on servers is installed, CCSUpdate has been run. All codes match. Windchill is running.

So the issue is you receive the error message when trying to mount? What
version? How do you know DSU applied correctly? Basic networking
troubleshooting reveals no issues?

You can try checking your firewall ports

Hi,
Have you tried to do a broad cast from vault configuration page? I think this is a communication( key) issue between master and replica.
Export the key from site-->Utilities--> File server Administration –>Site Admin master or download it from site-->Utilities--> File server Administration –>File Server Mangaement and copy it(.pubkey) to the location mentioned during replica installation. Do Not update keys on Master for this as this may lead to miscommunication between existing replica servers.
