Bulk Revision in EPM

Can we do bulk revision in Windchill?

What do you mean bulk?

From a file?

You can use restAPI to revise WTDocument, but for a CAD rest API does not exist

or 

user can do a revision from a workspace on all objects in the workspace

also it can be done from the Folder

It's restricted in Policy Administration. After giving access, I can make bulk revisions. Thanks @HelesicPetr
