Bulkloader problem

Hi I have discovered a problem with the bulkloader in PP 1.1. If you have your computer locale set to swedish there is an error in connecting with the Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.dll. This makes the Bulkloader exit. If I change the locale to US it works.
