Hi,
You need to go to the Worker Agent Administration area in the Site>Utilities.
The workers will be listed there. Then you should go to that worker and check the logs from UI itself.
There could be multiple reasons for worker not starting.
Without Logs, Its difficult to proceed.

I am trying to manually start a Woker registered in WorkerAgent management, but it is not responding.
