When we have hundreds or thousands of library components that we have imported or created from vendors, we cannot change their shape or definiton just their location and orientation. When i lock them locally, the regeneration is skipped, but their placement updates. I would like to lock them in Windchill so everyone can check them out and place them, but that they will not be regenerated each time a user regenerates and assembly.
Any ideas?
