Hello all-
I have a new user that can't open up a family table part. I have checked is access to other users that can open them and it is the same. When he tries to open it it copies it to the work space, but the diolog box never opens to select the part or the generic. There error is fails to download. There is also a message in the log with the little blue arroe that says to select it, but the box never shows. He can create a new family table part ans the diolag box shows. He can also check out the part, and view it in product view. I have removed his access and re-added it.
any ideas?
