Can we Designate (and Lock) the PTC ootb parameters For Creo Parametric

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.0.2

Can we Designate (and Lock) the PTC ootb parameters For Creo Parametric (Like PTC_WM_MODIFIEDON, PTC_WM_REVISION etc). So that, we would like to use these parameters for downstream Processes. We would like to know the following conditions:
1. Can we Designate and Lock these OOTB Parameters
2. Would it be a Configuration or Customization
3. Are there is consequences if we Designate these OOTB Parameters

All this PTC_WM parameters are part of the Windchill system attributes and are available for anyone who has access.

This attributes are automatically added to the model during upload operation 

You can allow to create them before upload so you can modify them

You just need to set creo config

allow_create_pdm_param  to yes
