Can we control replication site and master site document entity synchronization according to windchill basic configuration ?

Overseas deployment of a copy of the site,and overseas documents need to return to Shenzhen, but some of the control of the document entity can not be returned, Windchill existing mechanisms can be configured to solve ?(Master fileserver?) Trouble to provide a solution, our Windchill version is 10 M020
