Version: Windchill 13.0
Use Case: Need to restore the Demo data. Currently in WC instance it's not showing any CAD documents and other data.
Description:
Hello Experts,
We have some issue with the DEMO data which has been loaded during the installation.
Somehow the data is not showing in the WC. So, I am thinking to reload the data So will it be possible to do so, if yes can some on suggest the possible ways to do it.

Manual loading of data is not working as it fails intermittently and its time consuming so far, I feel. I went ahead with restring the server and database to one of the stable backups and it worked.
Steps are documented here. I would try it. Its either going to not load for some reason (like items already exist) or succeed. Typically, loads will fail if one part fails and the transaction is rolled back. I am usure if this load has multiple stop points but there are settings you can enable to allow loads to continue if one bit fails. What kind of system is this? If a critical system, taking a backup before hand will allow you to retry if you get some partial success.
Hi avillanueva,
Thanks a lot for your reply. I was on vacation so not bale to reply. I will go through the suggested document and steps and provide further updates.
It's our Dev and Test system but has some important data 🙂
