I have a requirement for the Auditor of ECN (CA III) to be able to route back the ECN if the wrong "Complexity" is chosen by the creator of the ECN. I have learnt that the "Complexity" is not an editable attribute on "Edit" layout of the ECN. So, neither CAIII nor the Creator can edit the "Complexity".
Has anyone worked on this kind of requirement?
The only option I can see is to set it through code in the workflow. But, I am not sure how to get the drop down list on the workflow activity details page of "Audit ECN Workflow".
Any helpful information is greatly appreciated.
