Change Notice Submit Later restart?

I am experimenting with Change Management and Change Notices andI can't seem to get my Change Notice restarted after I selected Submit Later. I've reopened it and modified several things, tasks, attachments, detail page, etc., but I can’t get the Submit option to reappear. How do I resume the process after selecting Submit Later? Thanks!

Pete,
Go to your home page, and under the Assignments table, you should have a Submit Change Notice task to complete before the process actually runs the rest of the process.

Ok, if you select the Number link for the task, it will take you to the details page of the Change Notice (00013). Select the Process tab, and in the Tasks for Change Process table, you'll find who is assigned the Submit Change Notice task.
