Change Request - Proposed Solution - (Secured information)

When a non-change admin user reviews a Change Request, they see all
the same information except if the go to "More Attributes" and for the
Proposed Solution the Value is listed as "(Secured information)"

Is this an ACL that needs to be granted to see that? There is a lot of
information that the users need to see there.

The object created when data is entered into Proposed Solution is a
WTChangeProposal. There are separate ACLs for this. Check the policy
administrator.
