Changing wt.series.IntegerSeries.min=0 formigration

Josh this should only affect newly created objects. So for objects
that were already created, they'll just continue forward from the
point where they are.

Switching it post migration to continue how your system currently
works should be fine too.

We did the same - very likely everyone migrating from Intralink 3.x will have the same issue (0 vs 1 as the starting iteration).

Probably won't affect any going forward because they all just use the next Iteration in the series.

Example
An existing document with the following history before the change:
A.1, A.2, A.3
B.1, B.2

Should have the following behavior after the property change:
B.3, B.4
C.0, C.1

A new document created after should have:
A.0, A.1
B.0, B.1, etc.

Thanks for the input Steve and Mike,

The summation of the details is that others have switched iteration sequences to 0 with no ill affects. This is basically what I got from PTC support as well.

What Ilearned wasthat Windchill was originally developed by someone else (Computervision?) and that is probablywhere the default 1 initial iteration came from (unlike the 0 from Intralink).

So...it sounds like we'll stay the course and update the iteration series to include 0. Switching back to the default series (1)may be nice since that is OTB and one less variance to keep track of, but I'm sure we'll be hashing that out more in the near future.

Thanks!
