Command to run WCA

Use Case: What is the command to run the wca? i've been looking and can't figure it out

Need to run Windchill confiugration assistant but can't figure out how.

Stop Windchill
Under windchill shell navigate to <Windchill>/utilities/wca/
Generate file windchillconfigurator.xconf
Run command ant -f WindchillConfigAssistant.xml configureWindchill
Will generate <Windchill>\utilities\wca\conf\windchill\windchillconfigurator.xconf, which includes properties WCA calculated
