We have recently gone to Pro/PDMLink 9.1 from Pro/IntraLink.
In MissingLink we were able to select a drawing, top level assembly (which draws parts from multiple family tables) which has several instances and create a new series using "Duplicate Objects". The new drawing and assembly will have a family table but fewer instances.
I have tried this several different ways and have not been able to get it to be checked into Commonspace on Pro/PDMLink. Can anyone who has had success in doing this please tell me the secret step that I am missing (hoping that I am doing at least some of the process correctly)?
