Hello,
is there a possibility to copy an incident entry to a new incident except a certain parameter? As example the same part fails during incoming inspection, but each part has its own serial number. Instead of writing ten times the same incident, it is more convenient to enter it one time and then copy it (invoke by pushing a button on a form) and just change the serial number.
