I was creating a new user, which at the same time something crashed our method servers. The user was created with a domain, but not the organization. We are running a one Organization install. Now I cannot edit the user as Add Participants will only search the organization, nor can I add him as new as he already exists (I can see the user from a Windchill Report).
How do I either :
Are you trying to edit the user at the Org level or site level participants administrator page?
His organization did not complete set, so I cannot find him. The Site is the next level below Org level. Problem is the Domain did set, just not the ORG. So WC will not allow me to find, nor create new. And I check Site Utils and Org Utils options.
The user has never logged in. I would just delete it.
Probably good to backup your participant tables first.
