Create customize search view

Hi All,

I want to customize the search view in such a way that the search result table should only include .PRT files.

Could you please suggest stepwise procedure?

In the search result table it is not normally possible to specify additional conditions in the table view.. 

You need to specify any criteria in the advanced search not in the Table View. 

So you need to create Saved search with your criteria "fiename=*.prt" instead of creating the view. 

or you can use "Enable Search Facets" if the Windchill use indexsearch.

Agree with @HelesicPetr - you can't filter out results for which criteria can be specified in the search. So you would have to use your search criteria to define this.
