Creo Element Pro 5.0 dashboard

Hi All,

We are currently using Creo Elements Pro 5.0 and it appears the dashboard is fixed at the top. I am looking if there is a way to bring it down. Any help!!

In WF3, our comment area and dashboard were was below. We had to go to the top as well, since there is no way anymore to have it below.
