Creo Parametric File Open or Workspace Table Refresh Delays after Upgrading from WC10.1 to WC10.2 and IE9 to IE11. Anybody else experience this performance issue after upgrading?

I'm wondering if there is a simple solution!  We have a PTC Case open for this, but so far no solution has been found. The core issue really revolves around Creo Parametric unnecessarily syncing the cache folder or communicating with Windchill on the first interaction...whether it is File -> Open in Creo or looking at the workspace table.  The larger the cache folder...the longer the delay is.  Some user's are experiencing 10-15minutes of delay.

Let me ask this another way...Does anybody have user's complaining about longer delays in seeing the open window in Creo Parametric?  Or maybe somebody understands the long 72 second transaction below...this is the time stamp and server transaction causing the delay for us to see the open menu in Creo.
