Creo keeps spinning when connected Windchill.

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.0.0

Opening Creo with connected to Windchill, it just keep spinning and not able to connect to Windchill.

Here's a few troubleshooting tips:

• Check to make sure the login window isn't in the background somewhere, or maybe on another monitor. 
• Confirm that you can access Windchill using the URL directly in a web browser such as Chrome
• try restarting your computer

Hello Joe,

i do an alternative way to fix this issue. But i'm just wondering why this happens frequently to the users. I restart the system clear the Creo cache and it works. I've not seen this issue before, i'm trying to find the root cause of this issue.

Which version of Creo? Make sure you have the browser type in the config.pro set to chromium

we are using Creo 4.0 M150 and the browser is set to Chromium.

Creo 4 is not supported on Windchill 12!
