Creo view slow model tree movement (laggy)

Hello, after transfering to creo 11 from creo 7 there were problems with model tree. It was always slow if there were at least one parameter shown in the tree. 

We've changed creo 11.0.3 to 11.0.7 and it fixed problem in Creo but not in Creo View 11.1.

What should we do now?

Can you check that your graphics cards are supported for both?  This might need to be opened with PTC. Are there any SPRs between those Creo builds that specifically address this?

Each PC in our company has this problem. It is not hardware problem.
