Hi Everyone,
Thanks for the inputs.
We had missed some of the custom font config files to deploy in worker machine.
After placing the required files, the worker is publishing as expected.
Do you mean for Creo drawing annotation "1" will be published as a "I"?
Then may be you can try changing below recipe file setting :
Advanced > PDF Output Setup > Font Control > Stroke Non trueType Font.
If this doesn't work, you can manually export the file from Creo to check the output and if output is good then use same value to the above recipe file,.
When exporting the PDF from Creo, Integer 1 looks correct.
Even after having the same settings in creo worker, its publishing differently.
Does the Creo worker have the required fonts loaded?
This looks like what you need: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS32299?source=search
What I mean by my comment is that it would be possible to set a default font in C:\Windows\fonts that may not exist on the CAD Worker, since it might be a different computer. So I'd recommend checking what you have set in your drawing options for default_annotation_font, update it if required, and make sure that whatever font you select is present on the CAD worker as well.

Did you applied the same Creo configuration used on the CAD workstation within the CAD worker startup dir (proeworker)?
