Custom Report for Existing ECNs

I'm trying to figure out how to create a custom report that would spit out a list of Open ECNs with the following information:

1. ECN Number
2. ECN Name
3. ECN Creation Date
4. ECN Need Date
5. ECN Assignee
6. Who created the ECR that the the ECN was created off of (we only do a single ECN for every ECR)
7. Then the ability to select the state that I report out on (only those in Implementation, Resolved, etc..)

Any thoughts or ideas?

The attached .qml file should give you the data you have requested. This file can be imported into the report manager.
