DTI? Is there a field property for

Hello,

I really don't know why they (QA) want this when you can look at in the browser and see the "Last Modified" date, but they want it on our documents.

The fields I can see are Last Saved Date, Last Saved By and Last Printed. MS Office has a Saved Date but the just changes when you save it.

Is there away to get this without customizing the DTI Framework.

Many Thanks,

Hi Mike, see the two screenshots below. If you want to alter this its simply a matter of updating the layout. You can configure it to look like whatever you want in the type manager (see bottom screenshot).

OOTB Info Page layout:

You didn't mention what Windchill release you are using; info below is valid for Windchill 10.x.

The typical Windchill attributes such as the one you are interested inare available OOTB via DTI for insertion as a document property field in MS Office applications.

Simple how-to: https://www.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/solution.jsp?n=CS45089

CS150532

From here you can test various actions, like "Info Page Test", "Refresh Attributes Test, etc.

Hope that helps!
