Hi @DK_10184244

It is common behavior of Windchill.

The FileVaults are not deleted instantly if the object is deleted from Windchill.

The files stay in vault for a week and after that time by the remove unreferenced files are deleted.

Hi @DK_10184244

What do you mean "attachment entity" ? Do you mean a file vault of attachment file?

Or do you mean the objects linked as a affected object table?

If vault file, then it is normal, you need to run remove unreferenced files from vault.

If affected objects it is normal, if the change request is deleted this action do not affected other objects in the system. \
