Dev promote to QA in life cycle

Hi all,

We are running a three stage environment with a Dev WC server, QA server and Production server. Once our changes on Dev are working we promote them to the QA server.  

Suppose I have a new part type on Dev with added attributes and a new form layout (no Java changes).  What is the simplest way to promote this setup to the next (E.G. QA) server?
