Deviation/Number is editable in rename action even after denying modify identify permission.
Even if we apply Immutable constraint from OIR or Type & Attribute Manager it is applicable only on creation. We can restrict editing this on Edit action by making it read only for edit or by removing it from edit layout however we cannot control this behavior for Rename Action. Profiles neither allow hiding rename action.
Also, Rename interface is based on the framework CADX HTML template for which Customization is not supported.
Please make number non-editable in rename action.
