Dear PTC PLM Experts,
Please let me know if any of you had chance to test/upgrade Windchill 10.1 M030.
We are planning to upgrade and found some inconsistent results every time..
Especially on Projects..a project leader doesn't have permission to create document..when we try to upload zip file..system says..this file already exists in vault.
Forbidden error like you don't have permission on this windchill server..etc..
