Differentiate Parts missing or no compliance data

Current Behaviour-

1. Upload BOM from file

2. Generate Environmental Compliance BOM Status Report, Compliance data as NO DATA

3. Show table.

Results will have parts with hyperlink, implies part in system but no environmental data. Part without hyperlink, implies part not in system.

4. Do export to excel, save excel sheet

Now excel sheet has no way to figure what all parts are present and what else needs to be loaded.

Requirement reason-

Once manual dump to create new parts in system. It needs quite a number of attributes to search from Windchill as input dump. If we can avoid the step for already existing parts, it will safe a lot of man hour.

Hi.. many times for our EC BOM Status reports, parts showing "NO DATA" in the compliance spec columns actually are sitting in the review queue waiting to be accepted. Parts having blanks in compliance spec columns are not in WPA. Then you have the parts that ARE accepted in WPA but show "NO DATA".
