Does Windchill provide translation facilities out of the box?

Hi All,

Can the contents manged inside Windchill be translated and localized using any feature inside Windchill ? Does Windchill 9 has any such facilities ?

I have gone across quite a few write ups like http://www.ptc.com/carezone/archive/newsletters/020109_e.pdf and http://www.single-sourcing.com/products/contentmanager/flavors.html#translation which talk about Windchill Translation Management Library. I would like to have your confirmation if a

Windchill Translaion Management Library is an ofering from PTC Windchill which can be leveraged by users to utilize their respective Translation engines for translation and localization needs?

TML for Windchill is about organizing the translation process, including preparing the data to be translated, exporting it to LSP, importing the translated data back, notifying people etc.

The TML for Windchill is not an OOTB solution and is only delivered as a service by PTC GSO, as far as I know.

2) So will it be possible to connect my Translation Service provider to a Windchill Setup ?
