Hello all,
I'm currently trying to downgrade a windchill 9.1 M060 to M010 instance on Ubuntu.
I did not want to keep database data.
To do this, i just move the older /opt/ptc/Windchill to another one.
After, i start PSI as root and fill content. PSI install successfully java, tomcat, apache and Aphelion and stop with message "ocu installer failed to start".
If i change my PSI setup without OCU, at the same step as OCU did, PSI stops with message "ie installer failed to start".
Here are messages on /opt/ptc/Windchill/installer/logs/PTCSOLNINSTALLER_PtcInstall.log (Notice that nullpointer appears after validating error message) :
