Download windchill bulk migrator

Use Case: I'm trying to download windchill bulk migrator, but i can't find it in the software downloads page.

Description:

I've seen this article, that says it should be a direct link in the software downloads page, couldn't find it.
I just want to confirm that I don't have access.

I do not see that but there is an article in that link you provided that explains why:

You have to have purchased it to have it available. Also, this is only available to service providers, not end customers.

I do work for a company that sells PTC software, but if it's not there then I see what I can do.

Check with your Admin if you have different SCN for WBM. Usually there is a different one, you can configure your PTC ID with that SCN then you will be able to see it in the downloads
