I've got a question the support can't answer (despite of request escalation, no answer...), can somebody here help me ?
It seems that my connexion failed during saving a new attribute on EPDM doc type, it didn't appeared on the page so I created it a second time... But now I've got two attributes with the same name, and it generates an exception :
Support asked me to do some queries on the database, there is a duplicate entry in LWCIBAATTDEFINITION :
- In LWCIBAAttDefinition table : NAME : Masse_kg IDA2A2 : 15391764 IDA3A5 : 49376 IDA3A7 : 15380685 CLASSNAMEKEYA7 : wt.iba.definition.UnitDefinition NAME : Masse_kg IDA2A2 : 15392262 IDA3A5 : 49376 IDA3A7 : 15380685 CLASSNAMEKEYA7 : wt.iba.definition.UnitDefinition - In LWCTypeDefinition table one entry wich IDA2A corresponds to the IDA3A5 from the other table : NAME : pri.robaut.DefaultEPMDocument IDA2A2 : 49376
Since then, no more answer from support. I tried to remove one of the entries from LWCIBAAttDefinition but it just made Windchill EPDM doc informations page crash so I went back...
Any idea ? I'm using SQL server.
