Apologies in advance if I have posted this in the wrong section. I am fairly new to PTC and do not seem to be able to find this information anywhere.
We are thinking of installing the latest Dynatrace v7 to monitor Windchill and Thinworx environments to monitor and troubleshoot performance issues. What I am struggling to learn if we need to purchase separate licences for each FastPack or are they included? We also have Windchill and Thingworx installed both in production and pre-production on separate LANs so was wondering if we need a separate licence for each LAN?
I was also curious if this can monitor non PTC products? (i.e. 2016 servers for basic compute issues)
