Hello,
we experience an unwanted behaviour in Windchill. When a new CAD document is created and saved, the workgroupmanager shows the CAD part with the same number in the filename and the number attribute. See first screenshot.
When we upload the document, the number is incremented by one. See second screenshot. How can we avoid this? It is very confusing for our users, that the filename and the Windchill number are not identical.
When we the check in the document, the WTpart is created with the same number as the CAD part, ergo the CAD filename number incremented by one.
The goal is to have the same number in the CAD part filename, in the EPM document number and in the WTpart number.
