Hi Mr. Avil

Thank you for the replay. Please find the below screenshot.

Thanks,

Is your workspace active and set to online?

Yes it's active

Which Version of Creo are you using? If it is Older than Creo 9 make sure you have the internal browser set to be Chromium

Thank you for the replay Mr. Jbailey,

It's Creo 7 & set as chromium browser in config.pro.

Potentially a corrupt cache?

Thank you for the reply, Mr. Jbailey if you don't mind can you elaborate more on this?

The local file location where workspace data is stored. If you go to Server Management it will show you where that cache is.  I wouldn't delete the .wf folder, but create a subfolder and move it to there and then relaunch creo - reconnect to Windchill and try again. Anything that is new and hasn't been uploaded or checked into Windchill remains in this folder.

If you have new items that cant be checked in yet, you will want to export them from the workspace first and then reimport them into the workspace.  If this test doesn't work, you can delete the new .wf folder and put the original .wf folder back to the original location

Like @jbailey suggests this may be an issue with corrupt cache, but I'd empty out the embedded browser cache first so that you won't have to erase your entire local workspace cache (it may also contain favourites that you may want to keep). Check out this article https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS326825 for instruction on how to clean out the browser cache.

Thank you for the replay guys,

Actually, i tried all your method, embedded browser is working fine except the conflict management dialog box.

Have you opened a support call with PTC directly, or through your reseller?
