when i try to set the license in Creo setup, one server of the Triad results "not reachable".
The firewall is off, the Antivirus is uninstalled, the Ping works, all the services are on.
I tried a restart but nothing changes.

Do you have the proper IP address for that server?
Can you remote log in to that server?

Yes I have the server IP and I can log in remote to that server
Have you run PTChostid.bat on your computers to very that the PTC software is picking up the proper NIC card address. Our servers have dual network cards and the primary address is not always the one picked up by PTChostid.
