Error or test fail report

I would like to implement a test report system using Windchill, if it seems reasonably.

Basically, if we have a prototype or test scenario where a part is damaged or not working as we would like, we would like to save this as a failure report. I will give a specific example:

We produce a simple electronic device, a computer mouse, and one of the buttons fails to work as desired on one of the 100 identical prototypes we produce. We have a failure report template but would like to have all the failure reports for a prototype organised. We will have multiple identical prototypes but with some failing certain tests and we need to take a log of all the problems with said mouse.

What is the best way to go about this? Is there a good document or tutorial on the best means?

Thank you in advance

The easiest way is to create a subtype of the Problem Report. So you are able to add some annotations in Creo View, add the affected WTPart or documents and add also some detail description as attachment or as attributes. Each failure report will be available on the WTPart and afterwards some or all of them can be summarised to one or more Change Requests and finally changed with the Change Notice.

I would say this is the most common way.
