Error while loading windchill reports in Cognos 8.4

Hi,

I have installed Windchill Business Reporting module on my existing Windchill 10.1.

Now I am not able to see Windchill reports in Cognos 8(Windchill Business Reporting).Public Folder present in WBR contains no package.

While trying to load reports by running following command on Windchill shell:

windchill com.ptc.windchill.enterprise.report.ReportHelper modelupdate

Received ERROR:

Exception in the thread "main" (wt.fc.fcResource/0)wt.util.WTException: The Operation: "UpdateThirdPartyReportModel" failed.

Attachment contains the steps followed by me.

Suggestions are welcome.Thanks in advance.

We"ve seen this exact error as well - haven't been able to get around it. Always end up installing Cognos WBR along with Windchill.
