Event Manager - Incorrect information and status displayed for action

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS M020-CPS30

The Event manager only show pending status for some actions (add to workspace, move of CAD document). When the task is finished, nothing change into the event manager that still display a pending status.

Strangely, their is no start date for some actions.

Are these large transactions or moves? Any thing showing up in the method server logs? Are you seeing DB performance issues?

First of all thanks for the answer.

This occured while moving  a familly table that contain 7 instances ... not what I call a large transaction.

Regarding the Method server logs, I launched a On demand Scan and obtained no reall error related to that topic.

Regardding the database performances, I'm on contact with our ORACLE specialist to check the DB.

What's strange ios the fact the event manager indicated pending status while the action is done. the move was done in less than 1 min but the message is still pending after 1 day ...

It happens if something goes wrong . 

Sometimes the pending status is there for ever. The reason is that the action has not return any information to the status.

It usually happen if methodserver is unexpectedly stopped by restart or manual restart, backup restart in the time when action had been in a progress.

Looks like I had blobing issue on ORACLE side, this caused this messages and now I solved it.
